You will be the Compensation and Benefits "Subject Matter Expert" leader who knows how to organize and manage numerous important Compensation and Benefits responsibilities, including the completion of the HR Division’s A-1 Project (aka: your major impact): The overall design and implementation of a competency-based compensation system.
