JOB: Patient Account Representative

Employee Qualifications:  Organizational skills, strong sense of customer service, self motivated, and general understanding of medical claim terminology.

Recommended Experience: Hospital business office or dialysis experience is preferred.

Position Responsibilities: A production standard of 40 accounts per day worked for an overall account resolution on any outstanding insurance claims.

Requirements: A minimum of one year experience pertaining to commercial and government insurance follow up, and knowledge of managed care insurance is required. The applicant must also have knowledge of UB and 1500 claims form along with experience working unpaid and/or denied Medicare and Medicaid claims or experience working unpaid commercial claims to resolution.

 Hiring is contingent on successful background check and drug screen.
