County Cuts Off Taxpayer-Funded Erections

The Sumner County Government will no longer use taxpayer dollars to pay for erectile dysfunction drugs for its employees.

This story notes Sumner County was spending nearly $60,000 a year on erectile dysfunction drugs for employees as part of its insurance plan. That's a lot of Viagra and Cialis for employees at taxpayer expense.

The County Commission made the change in order to continue offering health insurance at a reasonably affordable cost to its employees.
