This is a temporary position at Vol State Community College:
The purpose of this position is to provide part-time proctoring services in the college’s Testing Center as directed by the Assistant Director of Advising and Testing. This position monitors the progress and provides security for all tests administered in the Testing Center.

Langford Named County Commission Chair
The Sumner County Commission last night elected its leaders for the 2015-16 year.
The top leadership post, Chair of the County Commission, went to Scott Langford of Goodlettsville.
Langford on the job with 17 affirmative votes.
He will chair all future meetings and determine committee leadership.

Review: Our Place Cafe
Volunteer Firefighter Donoven Rice reviews Our Place Café:
From the moment you walk into the door, you are hit in the face with a whole heaping of southern hospitality, and the smells of good down home cooking. With a menu that is always changing, there are so many options to eat when down in Our Place.
My personal favorite is the meat loaf. Just like my grandmother used to make it.
Their hot plates and generous portions (that aren't too much, or overwhelming) will have you hooked and wanting more.
Still hungry? I hope you save a little room for one of their sweet, satisfying desserts! Sure to fulfill that sweet tooth!
So when you're in the mood for some down home cooking at a reasonable price, eat local, at Our Place Café!
